This coffee comes from a site in the fertile region of Gedeb found within the Gedeo Zone of Ethiopia, which is known for producing some of the most prized coffee in the world.
Included are three indigenous heirloom cultivars, each of which add distinct characteristics to this one-of-a-kind blend. Through our roasting process, the heirloom plants present bold, blueberry-forward tasting notes that are representative of the best and most popular Ethiopian coffees.

Recommended brewing method: Pour over, Drip, Espresso
Grind: Fine
Grams: 1.7-2.0 per ounce of water
Brewing Temp: 197f-200f
Serving Temp: 175f-180f
Note that resting this coffee on a hot plate may degrade flavor.
